American Numismatic Association

The American Numismatic Association is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to educating and encouraging people to study and collect money and related items. With nearly 33,000 members, the Association serves the academic community, collectors and the general publics with an interest in numismatics. The ANA helps all people discover and explore the world of money through its vast array of programs including its education and outreach, museum, library, publications, conventions and seminars.
American Numismatic Society
The mission of the American Numismatic Society is to be the preeminent national institution advancing the study and appreciation of coins, medals and related objects of all cultures as historical and artistic documents, by maintaining the foremost numismatic collection and library, by supporting scholarly research and publications, and by sponsoring educational and interpretive programs for diverse audiences.
Florida United Numismatists
The Florida United Numismatists are a non-profit organization dedicated to the education and enrichment of the numismatic hobby, especially in Florida. Fun has grown since its beginnings in 1955 to become one of the largest regional organizations in the United States serving the hobby. Their membership is international. They are probably best known for their annual coin show and convention that is held in Florida in January.
Greater Houston Coin Club
The Greater Houston Coin Club was founded in September 1955 and incorporated in 1971. GHCC is organized exclusively for educational purposes. Its objectives are: to advance numismatic knowledge through educational, historical and scientific means; to assist in bringing together persons interested in numismatics; to promote greater popular interest in numismatics; to aid its members through the study, acquisition, and exhibition of numismatic material; and to assist or encourage other worthy numismatic causes.
Industry Council for Tangible Assets
The Industry Council for Tangible Assets is the national trade association for all who have an interest in precious metals, rare coins, US and foreign currency, and other numismatic and tangible assets. ICTA works to prevent laws and regulations that would interfere with your ability to do business and/or are excessively burdensome. ICTA is proactive in proposing laws that would benefit the hobby and business. Equally important ICAT educates dealers on compliance with certain laws and regulations including issues of taxation and other IRS regulations.
Media Resource Company
A video production company that specializes in programming about coins and collectibles. David Lisot, founder and president, has a background that includes involvement with Financial News Network, The Learning Channel and Public Television where he was involved as talent and in production. His award-winning credentials include the documentaries, Money, History in Your Hands, with James Earl Jones, and Era of Hometown Bank Notes, both of which aired on Public Television. He is a collectibles consultant, graduate gemologist, and has over 30 years experience in numismatics.
National Post Card Convention
A convention located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that specialzed in hosting post card dealers from around the country. Informative lectures were delivered at this gatherings about collecting post cards.
National Silver Dollar Roundtable
A group of serious coins dealers who specialize in buying and selling silver dollars of the United States. They regularly hold seminars and lectures discussing the state of the coin market and topics about collecting.
Professional Numismatists Guild
The Professional Numismatists Guild is a nonprofit organization composed of the world's top rare coin and paper money experts. As numismatic professionals, our primary mission is to make the hobby safe for collectors and investors by maintaining rigid standards of excellence for our member dealers. PNG is the only numismatic organization in the United States that restricts its membership to dealers who possess and demonstrate three essential qualifications: knowledge, integrity and responsibility.
Southern California Collectors Association
A group that once held a major annual conferences in the Los Angeles area where noted dealers made presentations about different areas of collectibles. Some of the most interesting and obscure topics were discussed and were recorded for posterity.
Society for U.S. Commemorative Coins
The Society for U.S. Commemorative Coins is a nonprofit collector organization devoted to the study and promotion of the collecting of United States commemorative coins. They hold their meetings at major coin conventions around the country where some of the most knowledgeable collectors and dealers discuss collecting and buying US commemorative coins.

We continue to bring you the largest and most diverse offering of numismatic DVD titles in the world. The American Numismatic Association recently held the annual World's Fair of Money in Boston. This convention hosts the prestigious Maynard Sundman/Littleton Coin Lecture Series along with the well-known ANA Numismatic Theatre presentations.
